Great service by the gentlemen working there I think I found my new place for heathy food because I'm tired of fast food will be coming back more often.

This Eriks is pretty clean and located across from city hall. When I came in, the person working greeted me and was hella nice. He looked busy, but made time to address me which is hella cool. I ended up ordering and got my food pretty quick. The sandwich was good no complaints. Pretty cool place, stop by if you're in the area.

Customer Service 1000% FOOD 9/10 This place is so clean and the vibe is so kind. I have ordered from here about 10 times now for my lunch at work and the staff is honestly the most kind and considerate place Have EVER BEEN TO. I found out this place is actually family owned and I think you can tell they really care about their business and their customers. Every time I call or order through their app and something is wrong ... they fix it. Pronto. No stress no worries they just fix it. I'm actually excited to support this place and give them continuous business.

This has became our go-to for sandwiches and snacks to bring to our picnic. They have really great sandwiches (both warm and cold) and both w meat and vegetarian. The bf's go to is the chicken pesto warmed and my go to is the turkey posted warmed. They also have a v tasty potato salad and they use red potato! Even though the regular size looks small, it's enough to share between two people. We've also tried their pasta salad which was really good too! The service at this place is always super friendly and fast! Every time we go we're always helped by the same people and they've always been nice and efficient! The place is also super organized and clean and lots of tables to enjoy your meal If you're in downtown Hayward and looking for a delicious sandwich spot, def check out Erik's deli!

I stopped here for lunch after getting my car serviced. I needed to waste some time. Eriks deli café was pretty good. Sitting between two other local businesses is Erik's deli. Clean and quiet, nice location. Upon entering, they had a nice little selection of parking, even though I did not have my car I did take notice. The place was clean and smelled fresh. The staff were so nice and patient with my indecisiveness. They had a nice selection of sandwiches and wraps along with food combos. I chose a sandwich and salad. My turkey sandwich was fresh and had plenty of meat and toppings. However, the condiments where a bit shy even after specifying I wanted extra mustard. It did make my sandwich a bit dry, but it was good nonetheless. My garden salad was delicious and super fresh. I loved it! There's nothing worse than finding brown lettuce Or soggy tomatoes in your salad. Not here! My vegetables and sprouts were super fresh and crisp. You can tell the staff takes pride in their quality of food and the prices were very fair. I will definitely come again.

Erik's has quick service, and it's always a treat when you get street parking right out front. They have a bunch of tables inside for you to enjoy your food there. Erik's is on my rotation of lunch spots. They have quick and friendly service. Plus, you can order ahead on their app, which makes it easier and also earns you rewards. My go-tos are the Farmer's Market sandwich, house salad, and soup with one scoop butternut squash and one scoop veggie. I'm so fortunate that they accommodate this soup request. The Farmer's Market and salad is always fresh. The only downside is if you take it to go, sometimes the bread sticks to the paper, and your sandwich will have a hole in it This is not an issue with all sandwiches though, just this one. I also love that they give you multiple pickles with your sandwich and that they usually ask if you want them for the pickle haters out there.

This was my first time at this location Street parking only We walked in and we were immediately greeted by employees Everett is super friendly, efficient and patient while we tried to figure out what to order . Awesome customer service Inside is clean and well decorated Prices are very reasonable I ordered a Turkey sandwich with pesto on wheat bread My sandwich was GREAT ingredients are fresh, sandwich was well put together

I have been craving for a salad for quite a while and as I was searching on Yelp, I came upon Erik's DeliCafe. I was so excited to get myself a salad and a sandwich. Hubby and I came about an hour before closing time on Saturday. The staff who helped us out was really nice. She was new at it but was really sweet. I ordered the Pilgram's Progress and a Chicken Gorgonzola salad. Hubby had the Turkey with Pesto and the regular size order of the Caesar salad. I also ordered the Sea Dog for my mom, no cheddar with swish not warmed. Omg.. the sandwiches were amazing!! The flavors just balanced each other out and the salad was so yummy! My mom liked her sandwich as well and so did Hubby. The one thing that could've made everything better was his Caesar salad. I don't know if they made it wrong, because it doesn't look like a Caesar salad. There was fresh greens instead of romaine lettuce and they gave the wrong salad dressing. Hubby was so sad as Caesar salad was his favorite. Other than that, we will definitely be coming back to try other sandwiches!
